Members of the BiH Presidency with Catsaras: Improve Cooperation within the Berlin Process

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović met in London with Nick Catsaras, Deputy National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

The meeting focused on current security challenges in Europe and globally, as well as potential areas of cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom in preserving peace, stability, and security.

Presidency member Željko Komšić emphasized during the conversation the importance of continued support from the United Kingdom in maintaining stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as further strengthening the partnership between the two countries.

Presidency member Komšić and his interlocutors discussed ways to improve cooperation within the Berlin Process, highlighting its importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region as a whole. Komšić welcomed the fact that the United Kingdom is hosting this year’s summit, describing it as a positive development and stressing that he has supported the initiative from the very beginning.

Nick Catsaras reaffirmed the commitment of the United Kingdom Government to preserving peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing that they remain a reliable partner to our country on its path toward Euro-Atlantic integration.
