“I am not going anywhere from RS,“ said the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, commenting on the information that the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an order for his questioning, as well as the questioning of RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković and the Speaker of the RS National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić.
“We are not only ones they are after. It says here that they are looking for more people. As if we were Al-Qaeda. What is happening today is a joint criminal enterprise of Muslims and the Sarajevo establishment, carried out by some prosecutor Čampara and some Ćazim Hasanspahić. This is a null void case, politically motivated, because there is no provision in the law for the changes being brought against us,“ Dodik stated.
He stated that Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a state internally, but only externally.
He said that it is a ceremonial day in Republika Srpska because discussions are taking place about a new RS Constitution. He added that it is also a special day for him, noting that he received a “congratulatory message“ from Sarajevo – referring to the detention order issued by the BiH Prosecutor`s Office, which he called a “joint Muslim-Sarajevo-Sejćija criminal enterprise.“
During his speech, he insulted state prosecutors Dubravko Čampara and Ćazim Hasanspahić in the crudest manner, targeting them based on their religion.
“I am glad that no Serb was included in this working group, even though I know there were attempts to involve some of them,“ Dodik claimed.
“Our ambition is not for it (the new RS Constitution) to be contrary to the BiH Constitution but to align with it – its wording, not some nonsense,“ he said, adding that according to the BiH Constitution, only three ministries can exist at the state level, serving as auxiliary bodies to the BiH Presidency.
He “warned“ that the law on so-called non-governmental organizations has come into effect and that today there will be discussions about the law on the protection of Republika Srpska`s constitutional order.
He announced that he will hold a meeting tomorrow with all RS officials at the state level to agree on further actions and engagement in state institutions.
Dodik added that he will primarily communicate with Russian leaders in the future and will ask Russia to veto the extension of the EUFOR mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
